The Critter Squad Inc. provides bat removal and exclusion services throughout the Kenai Peninsula. Anchor Point, Kenai, Soldotna and Homer are the four communities we work in most. Each has its own building pattern: year-round housing and rentals in Kenai and Soldotna, seasonal cabins and lodges around Anchor Point, and hillside gables and vacation rentals in Homer.
Around those cities we cover Kasilof, Sterling, Nikiski, Kalifornsky and Ninilchik regularly, and we serve smaller communities including Clam Gulch, Cohoe, Funny River, North Kenai, Ridgeway, Salamatof, Fritz Creek, Diamond Ridge and Kachemak City as part of the same routes.
Farther out, Cooper Landing, Moose Pass, Seward and Halibut Cove are handled case by case depending on scheduling and access. Call and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve the property well.

Travel is quoted up front based on the property location and access, and you will see it before you agree to anything.
Will you drive to Seward or Cooper Landing?+
Case by case. Those are outside our core routes, so scheduling and drive time are discussed before we commit to a date.
Can you inspect a property I do not live at?+
Yes. Remote owners and property managers are a normal part of our work. We document conditions with photos and a written scope so decisions can be made off site.
